For Heart Patients and Their Families

Our organization is proud to help those in need on Staten Island. We provide grants to assist struggling families of heart patients, off-set the cost of rehabilitative care and medications and send children with heart-related ailments to camp. To receive a donation, you must be a recovering heart patient (or a member of their family) and live on Staten Island.
